HOW CAN I EARN POINTS?
You can earn points every time you shop online at The Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie! Simply click on the 'Earn Points' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities. In addition, you can also earn points by referring friends and family to shop on The Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie website.
I AM A HARRODS REWARDS MEMBER. CAN I EARN/REDEEM MY HARRODS REWARDS POINTS?
No, you cannot earn or redeem Harrods Rewards points if you belong to the Harrods Rewards loyalty program. You can only earn and redeem Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie points online at WWW.ROJADOVEHAUTEPARFUMERIE.COM
I MADE A PURCHASE IN-STORE/EMAIL/TELEPHONE, CAN I GET POINTS FOR THESE ORDERS?
The rewards program is applicable to online purchases only. It is an online incentive and only applies to purchases made through the website.
WILL I RECEIVE A REWARDS CARD?
There is no physical rewards card. You can view and redeem your points through the My Rewards tab once your create and log in to your account.
WHAT CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR?
You can redeem your points against the total cost of your purchases (excluding consultations, shipping costs & taxes). Points & Rewards can only be used on the Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie website and CANNOT be redeemed in store.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.
HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this popup.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO BEGIN EARNING POINTS?
Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.
DO I HAVE TO ENROLL OR REGISTER IN INDIVIDUAL PROMOTIONS?
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll add the points to your account immediately!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT?
You will receive your points once your order has been fulfilled. Anniversary and Refer a Friend Rewards will update automatically when completed. Please allow up to 30 days for Birthday Rewards to appear in your account. Try refreshing your browser to check.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Points do not expire, however Birthday & Referral rewards must be redeemed within 3 months of receiving them.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
For example: Let's say you had previously redeemed £50 towards a '500 points = £50 off' promotion, and you decide to buy a £20 item, which bumps you up to £70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to £50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY GIFT?
If you have already have an account, simply log in and click the My Rewards tab, Click Earn Rewards and the Happy Birthday option. You will then be asked to enter your birthday details. If you are a new customer, you will be asked for your birthday at the sign-up screen. Please allow 30 days for your account to register your birthday.

I'M VERY CLOSE TO EARNING A REWARD. CAN I BUY EXTRA POINTS TO GET THERE?
We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab and points cannot be purchased.
CAN I USE MY REWARDS POINTS DURING A PROMOTION?
Points can be earned during promotional periods, but cannot be redeemed against the cost of an already discounted basket as they will be paused and reinstated when the promotion has ended.
CAN I USE MY REWARDS WITH ANOTHER DISCOUNT CODE?
Unfortunately you cannot use them at once. Discounts are limited to being used once per customer, per transaction. For example you have a redeemed a code entitling you to claim back the cost of a Discovery Collection AND you have a £50 off for 500 points code. These cannot be used together. Only one promotion applies at a time.
CAN I PART PAY WITH MY POINTS?
If you have 800 points and are ordering something worth 995 points, you will need to use the relevant redemption coupon on offer. For example you have a £50 off coupon for 500 points you can redeem this bringing the item cost to £445 leaving you with a balance of 300 points.
