In addition to purchases, you can also earn points by referring friends and family to shop on The Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie website and following us on Instagram.

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply login to your account and click on the 'Use Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.

£50 off purchases over £250 (500 points)

£100 off purchases over £450 (1000 points)

£500 off purchases over £2,500 (5000 points)

£1,000 off purchases over £5,000 (10,000 points)

You can redeem your points against the total cost of your purchase (excluding experiences, shipping costs & taxes).

Points & Rewards can only be used on the Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie website and cannot be redeemed in store.

Certain products and collections may be exempt from reward points redemption. Please note the list is subject to change without notice and includes new releases.

Any attempt to place an order with a points redemption code on exempt items will be canceled and refunded within 24 hours.

If you are a Harrods Rewards member, unfortunately you cannot earn or reward Harrods Rewards points online. The Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie Rewards program is online through www.rojadovehauteparfumerie.com to collect or spend your Harrods Rewards please contact us.

The rewards program is applicable to online purchases only. It is an online incentive and is separate from in-store.

You will receive your points once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Anniversary and Refer a Friend Rewards will update automatically when completed.

Please allow up to 30 days for Birthday Rewards to appear in your account.

When you become a member, you will have a unique, personal link that you can use to share with your friends. Please do this directly through the website so that the customer receives their referral discount - and you do also. Simply copying and pasting your link in personal emails and on social media will not work.

Your friend will receive £10 off their first purchase made of £190+

Once they have made their purchase, you will receive an email to notify you and also include your £10 reward code.

Points can be earned during promotions but cannot be redeemed against the cost of an already discounted basket.

The Rewards will be paused and reinstated when the promotion has ended.

Any attempt to enter a discount code during a promotional period will be result in the order being cancelled and refunded within 24 hours.

Unfortunately you cannot use multiple discounts at once.

Discounts are limited to being used once per customer, per transaction.

For example, you have a redeemed a code entitling you to claim back the cost of a Discovery Collection AND you have a £50 off for 500 points code. Only one discount code is valid.

Rewards codes cannot be used againt promotional offers that are already reduced in price.

No, rewards cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative or be accepted as part payment for a purchase.

Points do not expire, however Birthday & Referral rewards must be redeemed within 3 months of receiving them. Points may be redeemed for a £50/100 discount code to be used against a minimum spend of £190 excluding taxes and shipping.

If you have already have an account, simply log in and click the My Rewards tab, click Earn Rewards and the Happy Birthday option.

If you are a new customer, you will be asked for your birthday at the initial sign-up screen.

You will need to get in touch with us with your birthday so that we can manually update your information, please give us your birthday in the format DD/MM/YYYY and your account email address.
