Terms and Conditions

1. The Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie e-gift card can be redeemed online at rojadovehauteparfumerie.com as part or full payment for goods (exclusions apply).

2. Protect your e-gift card code and treat it as an important file; e-gift cards will not be replaced, or exchanged for physical gift cards or cash.

3. This e-gift card will expire 12 months from purchase date.

4. E-gift cards ordered online can be activated with a minimum value of £50 and have a maximum value of £2,500

5. Several gift cards can be used to pay for online purchases. Enter each unique code when selecting gift card as your payment method.

6. We use the Shopify live currency converter. If you choose to make payment in your currency, Shopify will process to the live currency rate at the time of purchase. Similarly, the value will be deducted to the value of live currency rate at the time of redemption at checkout. Example, £50 Gift Card will not automatically become a $50 gift card.

7. This e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given, except in accordance with your statutory rights. Any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases, provided the card has not expired.

8. Gift card purchases are exempt from promotions such as Members Club discounts and Harrods 10% promotional weekends. Gift cards can be used to make payment for a product in promotion.

9. Gift Cards are exempt from any Gift With Purchase promotional offer. Gift With Purchases will only apply to physical product purchases.
